Minors

You may use the 17 hours of elective courses to minor in any area of your choosing. Some minors may require more than 17 credit hours. Students interested in a minor should consult a departmental adviser in the academic unit of the minor. The School of Nursing and Health Studies offers three minors:  Minor in Health Sciences, Minor in Public Health, and Minor in Exercise Science. Please note that students in the Bachelor of Health Sciences program may not earn a minor in Health Sciences. Additional minors are available through the academics units listed below:
