Ms. Al-Hassan joined the School of Nursing and Health Studies team in March 2020 as track coordinator and lead faculty for the Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (ACPNP) program. She is certified as both a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) and an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (ACPNP). She currently works as an APRN at Children’s Mercy Hospital (CMH) in the general cardiology unit and cardiovascular intensive care unit.
