Shelby joined the School of Nursing and Health Studies in 2018 as a Senior Program Support Coordinator for the Collaborative to Advance Health Services. She serves as a Program Manager for two federally funded grants related to substance use screening and family planning. Shelby received her BS in biology from The University of Kansas and her MPH from The University of Kansas Medical Center.
