Nurse Educator Incentive Program (NEIP) Grant

Missouri State Board of Nursing (MSBON) – Nurse Education Program Grant Proposal

– One-time $20,000. Contact Dr. Kristin Lee for more information. leekri@umkc.edu

 

*If a MSN Nurse Educator (NE) track student, eligible for both
*If a non-MSN NE track student, (e.g. Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner either MSN, DNP, or PhD), eligible for the NEIP only.

 

Grants Summary
Requirements: NEIP MSBON Nurse Educator Program Grant
Academic Program:   Any track in the MSN/DNP/PhD MSN Nurse Educator only
Coursework:

Non-NE track - 2 require NE courses

NE track - no additional coursework

No additional coursework
Post-Graduation: Teach Full-time, Part-time, or adjunct in a school of nursing in Missouri for 3 years Teach Full-time, Part-time, or adjunct in a school of nursing in Missouri for 3 years
Enrollment: At least part-time (5 or more credits) At least part-time (5 or more credits)
