Abigail Island is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Nursing and Health Studies, where she serves as Secretary and Executive Coordinator of the alumni board, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to student engagement. She currently practices as a Neuroscience ICU nurse at The University of Kansas Health System, where she provides specialized, high-acuity care to critically ill patients while continuing to grow as a nursing professional.
