Suzanne Wheeler, M.A., PMP, LDP, Colonel (R) U.S. Army, is a Senior Research Associate in the Collaborative to Advance Health Services at the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Nursing and Health Studies. Ms. Wheeler’s primary role in the collaborative is as a Senior Program Manager for multiple federally funded grants. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing project management and oversight to multiple, high-profile national projects and initiatives. She brings more than 30 years of professional experience in the government sector. COL (R) Wheeler holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies and Policy from the U.S. Army War College as a fellow at Georgetown’s Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. She also holds certifications as a Leadership Development Professional (LDP) from the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
