Doris Rogers, MPA, is a Grant Coordinator within the Collaborative for Excellence in Behavioral Health Research and Practice at the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Nursing and Health Studies. Within The Collaborative, Rogers serves as Grant Coordinator of Mid-America Addiction Technology Transfer Center which provides workforce development for the behavioral health field. She is responsible for coordinating activities covered under the grant awards. This includes the development of business processes, records maintenance, fiscal tracking, assisting with project reporting and other related duties. Rogers has programmatic duties in providing team leadership to Veterans Initiatives and assisting staff on logistics related to conferences and training events. She has worked at UMKC since 2005. Rogers holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Strayer University in Chantilly, VA and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Mount Olive College in Mount Olive, NC.
